We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to join our jewellery and accessories brand at Al Iraq Mall, Baghdad.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to handle sales targets and store operations
• Knowledge of jewellery/accessories is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
• Train, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Handle customer issues and resolve complaints
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
